Some of my life and work experiences, thus far: 
research biologist –ranch hand on a cattle ranch – published author of two editions of a reference book on recycling – National Parks Ranger – crime scene investigator (back before there was a TV show about it…) – environmental educator –mother  (1 biological daughter, age 24, and 1 adopted daughter, age 7, from China; the adopted one is more like me than the biological one!!!)– artist – spiritual seeker – Chinese language student – editor of Chinese/American website.


In September, 2006, I was appointed the Montana State Coordinator for the Campaign for a U.S. Department of Peace.  Since that time, I have been pretty much consumed by the campaign, for it is a “basket” that holds all my interests, teachers, heroes, and goals together.  Through the Department of Peace campaign (www.dopcampaign.org) I truly feel that I am becoming the change I wish to see in the world, one little step at a time.
